If the boss's daughter "(which gets 25% of profits) be entitled to a part of our advice?
I work to bring the area a crowded restaurant, one of my directors, chief's son, gets 25% of the profits of the restaurant. The other manager does not receive part of the profit and do not care tips division with her because she was not paid well. I think it's unfair and distasteful that she did not even think about money when she is able to put aside her all year to pay your car hire in one of his many trips to the Bahamas each year. Even her friend of 15 + years working with us says it is classless. I tried to play the subject in jest, but never in question.
Get another job, and when you give your 2-week notice to tell your boss why you're going.
