OTC Stock, which is the cheapest way to buy?
I am interested in PVBK, a new local bank, looks like stock is in around $ 17.00. I would invest a couple thousand and holder of the shares, how do I get the shares? I know that penny stocks considered, but soon to go to the Royal bag, where I heard they could split or explode. any suggestions?
