hello, my parents bought an AK pattern for me as a gift online. your on your way to the local dealer FFL, but they gave me the money ordered to look around one shop. None of them had AK rifles in stock. I said I could Buy guns / shotguns myself at the counter in mind that I'm over 18. (I have 19) the real question is why do I need someone over 21 to pick up the gun shipped from FFL dealer if the gun was in stock at the FFL dealer or local mountain goose / pawnstores i could buy the same counter? I live in Pennsylvania
