pattern day trading

trading day?

Hello everyone. I have questions about day trading. I guess I buy three shares during market hours and sell it after hours. Do you still considered a pattern of daily transactions. Let mistakenly assume that trade more than four people and sold the same day what are the consequences for him. I know I would ask 25k deposit. What happened if you do not have 25k. Thanks

Day trading is gambling, pure and simple. The only difference is what you are betting on. Therefore, they want you to put your money up front to prove they are serious and cover their losses if you lose. Financially, it is different from buying a seat in a poker game. If no a priori, you do not play the game.

small mid cap stocks

is a stock price made from S & P small-cap to mid cap fund?

If funds investment that track S & P Mid CAP funds are forced to buy the shares for the mid-cap fund. Small Cap Funds will be the removal of quotas from the tracking fund. The movement must take action to move to the top of a half-price slump nice.

small and mid cap stocks

Penny's stock was never converted into shares of small-or mid-cap stocks?

Do any of the penny stocks never progressed to small towns or Mid Cap Cap?

Yes some penny stocks have come to the small cap and some have done in mid-cap, but most have not.; The capitalization of a company has nothing to do with the market price of the shares. There are many companies large-cap sales at low prices, not to mention small and medium values, and there are some mid caps selling stock at inflated prices. They say that when buying values that have a 50% -50% chance of making money, buying penny stocks that have a 50-50-90% chance, 50-50 chance to win cash and a 90% chance losing money. When buying penny stocks, like any other investment in security, never invest 100% of capital investment. Penny stocks are Fun for trade, but should never be counted on to be considered part of your primary investment objectives.
