I brought my kids to work every day and knew where they were authorized to be, etc. .. granted yours are a little different from mine, but I do not think anybody going to worry about their professionalism just because their kids are there …. Most of us have to work in one way or another. When you search a building, only can make sure section of a space for them (they need naps, etc) but not so isolated from where you are working that can not hear them. Not have to be fancy all a short and pleasant, clean area to work with partitions. Seriously, I do not see it as a problem … some of my clients would be reduced when they were in the area - just to see the 'children'. The only problem with a shop is the additional overhead, insurance, etc. .. but if you are doing well, then hopefully give the company extra costs …..
