What is the best and cheapest way to get a company listed on the stock market?

I'm starting a business and want to get listed on the NYSE, NASDAQ, or AMSE. I read about something called the Pink Sheets, and wondered if that would be the best way to go or see if there is another way better.

No are specific requirements for each exchange. For NYSE and Amex, these requirements include minimum share price and minimum quantities of capitolization (read 100 million minimum). NASDAQ is less stringent, but still have to have capitalization of over $ 25 million and the price action should remain over $ 1 per share. In general, if you're asking the question, you can not afford to do so.

If a change of command occurs in the OTC or pink stocks, what happens to the shares of investors who had the ancient symbol

never purchased actions include: Headquarters: Pink Sheets Quotation Status: not applied b / 4 very confused, except to understand the risk is very, very tall and seeking information difficult to find. Probably a stupid question, but I realize the symbols change in stocks listed on the pink sheets sometimes, if it gets a new symbol, what does it mean for the investor with the symbol of age. I'm not asking for a symbol change due to bank failure presentations, only ad appears to be a lot of changes the company name for other reasons

The symbol changes can happen for various reasons, good and bad. The company could be coming out of bankruptcy so you will see the name of the company and the new symbol on the list, sometimes with the word "new" fence. Mergers happen, or a company sells a major section of your business. I had one, where I bought a company that sells and installs voice over Internet (VoIP). They made a division inverse and that the business was sold and the money of the principal owners (majority) bought a tungsten mine in Nevada. Instead of several thousand shares VoIP technology, I have 8 actions of what Mark Twain called "a hole in the ground surrounded by liars." In another case, however, the company of Mickey Mouse I bought some new medical technology went through a similar metamorphosis, selling its technology and folded. Another one, also with the technology medical, went from something like 9 cents a share to more than $ 2 per share after receiving a government contract. I just wish I had bought more than a thousand shares. Good luck.

Best way to search only for pink sheet stocks in the industry?

Any site where I can do that. I have not had luck with pinksheet.com

Pink Sheets stocks are unless counter actions in regard to required information. This is a summary of an article on Investopedia.com "We should not forget that there are many disadvantages for investors to consider as well. It is first limited information. Pink Sheets-listed companies not need to report any information to investors. This can make it difficult to know what you're buying and how the company is doing over time. "Please be careful in wanting to invest in these stocks.

What role does pink mean?

"The money was used to place orders for securities listed on the OTC Bulletin Board and Nasdaq rose leaves" What are the pink sheets?

Pink Sheets is an electronic system, published by Pink Sheets LLC, to show supply and [[sales price | ask] the quoted prices. The name "Pink Sheets" comes from an earlier paper-based system that was printed on pink paper. Mainly used by stock brokers trading OTC securities. Pink Sheets LLC is neither a NASD broker-dealer, nor registered with the Securities and Exchange U.S. Commission is not a bag securities, listed companies need not meet all requirements (eg filing financial statements with the SEC). With the exception of a few foreign issuers (mostly represented by American Depositary Receipts), companies listed on the Pink Sheets tend to be closely held, extremely small and / or thinly traded. Most do not meet the minimum [listing requirements] for negotiation on a national securities exchange, such as the New York Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ Stock Market. Many of these companies have no periodic reports or audited financial statements with the SEC, making it very difficult for investors to find information reliable and objective information on the companies. For these reasons, the SEC believes that companies quoted on Pink Sheets as "among the most risky investments" and advises potential investors to heavily research the companies they plan to invest.

Each investor in the stock market has one thing in mind and is money. The first operation is usually the most formidable but also more exciting. Whatever the result, most investors know that putting money into an account and then choose an action command, they have no idea how the market works or what happens behind the scenes.

When you ask the question: "How is the market?" must recognize a fact. The package is not a market rate, but twice. The first is the New York Stock Exchange or NYSE. This market is an auction market. Like an auction, buyers of a population. Orders for operators and ground staff who, literally, procurement and other to a trade. All exchanges occur between buyers and sellers and floor brokers and specialist trade facilitation. A specialist watches for services and coincides with the highest bidder with the smaller suppliers. The only specialist trade facilitation.

Unlike the NYSE, NASDAQ is not a place but a thing. The acronym stands for NASDAQ National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation. Unlike the NYSE, a physical where people are buying with each other, the NASDAQ is a telecommunication system, when you buy a share of a market maker, distributor a specific population. The market maker said the price he wants, the selling price and that is what you pay for. When you sell on the NASDAQ we get the bid price. The difference between the two is the spread or how the market maker makes his money. The market maker is involved because the broker as its name states, makes the market ".

Many times we hear of shares traded OTC or pink sheets. These are generally small businesses not wanting to pay all costs of stock on an exchange, or dying companies or start-ups. These shares are traded on the OTC BB or Pink Sheets. The presentation below is the regulator for the shares quoted on the OTC (Over The Counter Bulletin Board) and with no obligation for those listed on the Pink Sheets.

Most of the time, no matter how the buyer shares are traded. The result is the same. You offer a prize, or offer for the shares and once purchased, you expected to increase. Several things drive the stock price up or down. The fact fundamental is that population movement is not the real value of the company, but what investors perceive as real. A virtue of stocks whose value is a real book value exceeds the amount obtained by multiplying the total number of shares for stock prices. The reverse is true for action overvalued.

Which is why a broker does not accept purchase orders for certain populations, rose petals?

Ask for them, not us. One of the reasons why I think that is when you have completed your request for an account and your profile, the investment profile is not consistent with what will buy. Another reason could she have a policy not to accept certain types of orders. One reason has to do 3 with the Web site instead of the hallway. I had problems with the site of TD Ameritrade does not accept certain types of orders. One was a population pink sheet and an order to the NYSE list. I just called the company and make orders for me. No problem.

Help with the question about quotation marks?

I quote a passage, but I want to make a word out .. is this what you think? "brilliant and pink on these outings, (…) his laughter was high and nervous (…) like the ringing of the charm of the bracelet. "I do not remember how to leave out parts so only (…) must be put in place do not want to include the words "How did I do this?

It's quite good, you do not need parentheses. This would this: "bright and pink on the exits, their laughter … was sharp and nervous … as the jingle of the charm of the bracelet.

What is the best place online securities trading?

I do not have a "huge" amount of money to invest. I could make frequent operations. I would like access to all stocks including penny stocks and stocks pink sheet.

The last thing in the world you want to do with a small amount of money is to do frequent operations. Open a Roth IRA, put money in a Vanguard mutual fund and use the time they would move from trade to cut grass, food bag. . . nothing but sit on the computer frequently a small amount of money trading. If you had $ 50,000 one could be worth your time to actively manage your account with the service as http://www.fasttrack.net/. . . But trading no more than one once a month.
