Banc of America will allow account holders to buy OTCBB and PK?
I realized that many things changed since the last time I checked 'em things out and looks better. OTCBB = On the bulletin board counter,. OB stocks and PK = Pink Sheets, as ADELQ.PK (Adelphia Communications) Banc of America is a local brokerage.
Above bearer bonds against? If that's what you mean I do not think so. Definily Banc of America is doing well, but the entire industry is too. Northern Trust is also a top and corner. I'm not sure what PK is however that you refer.
My girlfriend has had allergic reactions to OTC drugs. Doctors say it is nothing. Hives arent "nothing." Need help?
Whenever taking Tylenol (acetaminophen), Advil (ibuprofen) or Aleve (sodium Naproxin), she breaks out in hives all over. That is unfortunate. We went to the night, the room emergency and said it was nothing and gave him some steroids and sent home. That did nothing. I have asked many doctors about this and they all say the same. He has stopped taking any thing is, when he gets hurt or has a headache, it comes with it. I can not find the list of ingredients in OTC pain relievers anywhere. My thoughts is that maybe there is something that is not on the package (as the bonding agent in the pill together) or something that could be causing an allergic reaction. Any help would be much appreciated.
Good question. I think the bonding agent in many of these drugs is calcium carbonate. If only it were a drug, I would tend dye think the pill is involved. However, several OTC pain relievers … Well, I would be very curious if you have this reaction to aspirin. The method of action is different from all those listed and aspirin. That would be a good piece of information that could suggest a sort of autoimmune problem. I'm very confident if you wrote McNeil Consumer Healthcare, etc, and told them that his friend is having an allergic reaction to your product and would like a list of all ingredients in medicine to check with your doctor, you can provide. But you have multiple drugs manufactured by multiple … again, I'd like to aspirin and potential autoimmune problem.
My home business is taking over my house, when to get a store front?
I need some suggestions here. I have a vinyl business graphics and we are so busy that projects are taking over my house. I would walk into a store, but I'm a little scared. I have 2 children (2 and 3 years of age) who have a game room there too. Any suggestion to move from a home business to work outside of a store? Expecially with the children.
I now owned a "store front" for 15 years … not having children (2-prong type) - but I had class 4 feet. Do not worry about little things. I brought my kids to work every day and knew where they were authorized to be, etc. .. granted yours are a little different from mine, but I do not think anybody going to worry about their professionalism just because their kids are there …. Most of us have to work in one way or another. When you search a building, only can make sure section of a space for them (they need naps, etc) but not so isolated from where you are working that can not hear them. Not have to be fancy all a short and pleasant, clean area to work with partitions. Seriously, I do not see it as a problem … some of my clients would be reduced when they were in the area - just to see the 'children'. The only problem with a shop is the additional overhead, insurance, etc. .. but if you are doing well, then hopefully give the company extra costs ….. Does it make sense to buy cheap condo near or cash flow breakeven in the hope that they will appreciate?
I am a novice investor and want to start with condos because they are easy to handle, but when I'm running the numbers, I'm going to cash flow by $ 100 or less near the equilibrium point after the mortgage, taxes, HOA, property management, and warranty? any advice on this strategy? Will these appreciate in the future? Right now they are sooo attractive economic to collect a few villas in nice areas you can rent quickly …
Well that depends market in your area. There's a reason why condos are cheap though. They are harder to sell and do not appreciate as fast as houses. HOA fees can increase at will, well, and can triple in one year - there is a limit to increases in HOA fees. Condominium associations can not prevent the common area as well, making harder to sell, and if the% of owners to renters below a specific level, mortgage banks not Condo - what is needed do some homework (PS: Is there something you see in the area at all? If not, houses are selling better).
Reverse Stock Split on a population of pink sheet or OTCBB stock?
GETA.OB bought shares today. And I saw that recently did a reverse split actions. When a company trades on the OTC, Pink Sheets, does that mean something good or bad?
When a company has a reverse split usually is because the population has been reduced in price so that the only way they can fall more for the company is making a reverse split. Usually bad, because now may fall further.
One could say that in the financial world that investing in small caps is a risky proposition. Who could be the case if investors inexperienced traders little or no research to find stocks to buy right. In addition, as the world out of recession, many of these small businesses caps were on the road. As products of your company or service is very competitive on the market, are the "checks and balances" process occurs to help eliminate some of the smaller sets. Therefore, allowing investors to swoop in and take complete buying Call these people away from recession. Here are some tips for using the law to find stocks with low capitalization and liquidity profitability.
1. Finding a market niche or business as I had invented in the preceding paragraph, an investor "complete" Not the traditional investor. So funny as it is to just take someone's word for it and buy stocks, small cap companies requires investigation. What I would like to have first small-cap investors, there are two or three companies whose products and services and explore different everything you can. Immediately, you should begin Do your research on the Internet, there is much information about the company, you can collect and not truly "senior" contact information. Call these companies discover that the production is similar, whether managers own shares in their actions and that the plan is to buy more in the future. Also, ask for their profitability reports (10K and 10Q) This information will give you a "temperature" within the meaning of profitability. With all the legal and research, investors can find easily if they are worthy of a purchase in the coming months ahead.
2. Stay away from stocks Pink Sheet Pink sheet stocks are generally designated by what I like to call "action basement. Companies that sell only Pink Sheets has not yet been approved by the exchange or Nasdaq. Even in times of recession, many times more risky to do because society has not fully developed a company wide scale. Another disadvantage is that if you have to sell their stock pink sheet, which will be difficult to eliminate because that citizens are not aware of that particular company. And therefore, maintain the Pink Sheets in the background and does not consider until the investigation is more complete.
3. Diversify your portfolio, invest in a wide range of businesses, not just one, "This should be easy to understand advice. Plan investments in three or four different niche market and distribute the money around. This Thus, if the stock fell to a company, the other takes over. This joint investment is only 101, Any book is divided into 50% of small-cap stocks and 50% of various blue chips, bonds and other commodities stable. In general, a well rounded portfolio of small capitalization represent an average of 15 different companies. Something to think about when deciding set of their investments.

Can I sell my shares in small companies that I want?
This company is not a scholarship. I am interested in selling those units to initiate and fund other expenses. I am in Texas. In other words, foreigners via the Internet. And I can make the number of dynamic actions? Basically, I am interested in selling shares for $ 1 each for 49% of the company, with an indefinite number of shares spent 49%. Thus, the number of shares determined the participation of each shareholder other than myself. I still 51% less than I sell explicitly. OK, how about a job around? Is there a way to simulate a public offer without incurring the expense of the public going? "I am interested in a large number of investors who can invest small sums of money.
It depends on your business structure. If you are a C-Corporation then yes you can sell to anyone. If you and LLC or an S-Corporation when you have restrictions. With S or LLC and can not be sold to foreigners. Also on an S-Corp I can only sell shares to a maximum of 75 shareholders, most of you and your S-Corp election is over and becomes a C-Corp, LLC and a shareholder, I think 50 is the limit. (Not sure on the actual number of shareholders, but thats what I think is correct, I only know that it is less 100, while a C-Corp is unlimited and unrestricted)

Successful U.S. companies do not grow on trees. They start with the hopes and dreams of its founders and work your way from the bottom. Very Few companies are an exception to this long and perilous journey.
A few investors manage to find millions of precious stones when negotiating for almost nothing and fortune incalculable constituency, as the company and its shares explode. What are penny stocks?
Penny stocks also may be considered as micro actions because they are more or less the same. Capitalization market is used to classify the actions of micro. The price is generally used when considering "penny stocks".
If a stock has a market capitalization of $ 500 to $ 300 million, is then called a micro cap. The Securities & Exchange Commission to identify a penny stock that some $ 5 or less. Some investors have different definitions and can not consider a penny stock if its value is much lower.
Whether or micro Penny's cap, the number 1 thing to keep in mind is that these investments are a much higher risk and potential loss.
Why these types of investments so risky?
Small amount of information-A of the most important things to do evaluation a company is getting the right information to help you make an informed decision. These small populations of trade on the pink sheets and Securities and Exchange Commission does not require them to file. This makes these companies much less regulated and maintains the public's attention. This makes finding information precious on them very difficult.
When you find the information it is difficult to know if a reliable source or invented information if the company wants to see you. There is money to do with penny stocks, but do not think the pie in the sky of poverty wealth to be uneventful diligence.
