What is the best way to trade stocks online in Canada?

I am looking for a platform where I can make my own operations to a reasonable price. What are my options, and where I can get the best deal for a small number of shops?

I would recommend interactivebrokers.com. CAD 0.01 per share charge with a minimum of 1.00 CAD. Its trading platform (Trader Workstation) is very versatile. I realize that this is a bare-bones company focused on implementation. You are expected to know what you are doing. There are very few opportunities to hold hands. With that caveat, I think IB a great place to trade.
