Reverse Stock Split on a population of pink sheet or OTCBB stock?
GETA.OB bought shares today. And I saw that recently did a reverse split actions. When a company trades on the OTC, Pink Sheets, does that mean something good or bad?
When a company has a reverse split usually is because the population has been reduced in price so that the only way they can fall more for the company is making a reverse split. Usually bad, because now may fall further.

What happens to my shares if the company OTCBB files that are traded on the NASDAQ?
Are my actions automatically obtain transition NASDAQ to that? Or is that OTC shares become worthless?
The company will change label symbols, but otherwise should not be carried out. You can even make the value of the shares to rise once they are listed on a recognized stock exchange.
